I wanted to know how to move well and use weights, and didn't feel confident about going to the gym. Nicola's knowledge and relaxed style helped me understand how to strength train safely. I feel happy to follow my programme independently and value my check-ins with Nicola. She's helping me progress and our sessions are fun. Even better - I can now do a full press-up!

Great support and encouragement from Nicola helped change my mindset around weight loss. I already had good exercise habits and I knew what a good diet looked like but was lacking motivation and faith in myself. Nicola made me realise that my all or nothing approach wasn’t helpful and that small habit changes applied consistently over time are what lead to sustainable results. Thank you!!

PT sessions with Nicola have made me strong and more confident with working out with weights. We also used the public gym in the park which was great working out in the Summer.

Nicola helped me organise an exercise regime which fits around my life. She has also helped me with my nutrition and rid me of diet mentality, encouraging me to increase my protein and not feel like I am dieting. I love the app she uses and there is lots of support in the Facebook group. I would highly recommend her if you needed a personal trainer who is very supportive and motivational.

I have been working with Nicola for the past year after starting lots of ‘health-kicks’ but not really finding anything I could sustain long-term. With her help and support, I am stronger than I have been for years and have learned to make small changes to my nutrition to get leaner, rather than feeling like I am on a diet.
Nicola brings positivity and encouragement to every session and has given me great practical ideas for fitting exercise & good nutrition into my busy life.

I have been working with Nicola for 6 months now and I wish I had started sooner. The transformation in both my physical and mental strength is amazing. I am lifting weights I never thought I could and can see first hand the results I am getting from our weekly sessions.
She has been super flexible with me and we have had early morning sessions as that fits in with my work and family life and the best part about it is that it is via zoom so I do the sessions at home. Never did I think I could make this much progress this quickly! The accountability is so important and I know I wouldn't be doing burpees at all if it wasn't for Nicola's support.

I was having difficulty with my weight and activity levels. I would lose a few pounds and then gain them back again. I decided to sign up personal training with Nicola, as a way to try and get myself on track. I am so pleased that I did. I have managed to lose and most importantly keep off 8lbs! My energy levels have increased.
My set workouts have been fun and Nicola is always just a message away if I needed anything. Her nutritional guides have helped me think more about what and when I am eating. Thank you so much Nicola and I look forward to working with you again.

Before I met Nicola I struggled with low energy levels due to an autoimmune disorder, with little idea of how to improve. I won a session with Nicola in a raffle and am so glad I did. Nicola is lovely, she designed a programme to suit my needs and takes in to account any issues I’ve faced in the week that can impact on my energy levels.
In the last six months or so since working with her, I’ve noticed a massive improvement in upper body strength, muscle definition and energy. I feel mentally and physically stronger too. Would highly recommend elevation personal training.

Nicola runs a personal training business with a difference. She looks at your whole situation and takes into account what you can realistically fit into your daily life. So whilst you are rising to the challenges set, you are not left feeling as though you are failing at the first hurdle. Nicola gives advice on nutrition, mindset and exercises to suit your body capabilities. If it’s a group challenge or individual personal training you need then Nicola is the right person for you.

Working with Nicola has been life changing for me! After being diagnosed with PCOS my body and energy levels had changed beyond recognition, and I was feeling pretty despondent about ever losing weight and not being fatigued! Nicola is so kind and knowledgeable, and has helped to provide me with an all-round holistic approach to health and wellbeing including strength training, meditation, and nutrition.
I now have a healthier relationship to food and exercise, am able to do things like squats and lunges with her guidance on good form. I am also a stone lighter and am stronger than I have ever been 🙂 I can't recommend her highly enough!

Really enjoyed training with Nicola, I've learnt so much more than just how I should be working out! I'd recommend her sessions to everyone but think she is particularly amazing at boosting confidence levels and spurring you on so if you are looking for someone who is all about support - she's your girl!!
