TrueCoach is a mobile app I use to create personalised workouts and nutrition plans, while tracking your progress.  It helps my clients benefit from accountability, flexibility, and access to resources, as it’s accessible anytime, anywhere, making it easier to stay consistent and achieve your goals!

If you are on the The Woman Up Coaching Programme, there is no extra charge of the True Coach App but there is a small monthly charge for personal training clients.

Not yet but some may be considered in the future

If you prefer a gym setting then that’s fine, or they could be done at home or in the park

Nicola has worked with many clients with these issues. Although she is not an expert, she is passionate about this topic and will be able to help and point you in the right direction.  If you are unsure then please speak to a medical practitioner.  

The whole purpose of our programmes are that they are sustainable and something that becomes a part of your life. Which includes lovely things like holidays!

If you are new to resistance training or haven’t exercised in a long time then Nicola recommends you choose The Woman Up Programme with either some remote or mobile personal training sessions.

Nicola believes in working on mind-set before anything else. Her programmes are about starting with small changes and gradually working up. Having been from a place of “having tried everything” Nicola has the experience and knowledge to help you. 

Nicola doesn’t think meal plans are very unrealistic and not sustainable in the long term. You’ll be given recipes and a calorie and portion guide depending on your goal. Plus all of Nicolas’ easy cooking tips.  

Providing you have had the go ahead to exercise from a medical practitioner then you are good to go.  Nicola is qualified in pre and postnatal training and has trained many postpartum women. 

Workouts can be modified to be shorter to as little as 15 minutes!  Nicola is a firm believer in doing something rather than nothing.  She is also on hand to give advice about time management and realistic goal setting.  The vast majority of Nicolas clients have very busy lives!  

Nicola just asks for 4 weeks notice if you wish to cancel personal training packages, and a minimum of a three month commitment on The Women Up Programme.
