Ideal for shorter sessions that are as convenient as possible, and my most popular package!  

Born out of necessity during the pandemic, I adapted my high-quality sessions for remote delivery through Zoom or a platform of your choice. 

All I ask is that I can see your entire body on screen to ensure proper movement. A clip-on wide-angle lens works well.

fitness coach sessions from YOUR HOME (OR ANYWHERE!)

  • Sessions can be either 30 or 60 minutes long.
  • Many clients prefer two 30-minute sessions a week, as it feels like getting two sessions for the price of one!

MONTHLY Personal training programs

  • 30 minutes per week – £85 per month
  • 60 minutes per week – £160 per month
  • 120 minutes per week – £315 per month

If you can’t make a session, you can carry it over to the following month.

Programmes can be mixed and matched to create a bespoke package for you. For example, you could combine online PT with mindset and nutrition coaching via the Women Up Method!

Working with Nicola has been life changing for me!
