MONTHLY ROLLING PACKAGE OPTIONS

  • 1:1 One hour session per week – £200 per month
  • 2:1 (Train with a Friend) One hour session per week – £300 per month (£150 each)

Programmes can be mixed and matched to create a bespoke package for you. If you’d like some face-to-face personal training but also want additional mindset and nutrition coaching through the Women Up Method, you can combine them both!

Working with Nicola has been life changing for me!
