- Weekly check-ins via Zoom or WhatsApp to review progress and make adjustments.
- A structured exercise programme you can follow at your own pace.
- You’ll send me videos of your exercises so I can check your form. We’ll also have an online or in-person movement session to adapt everything to your needs.
- A personalised nutrition plan. This goes beyond calorie counting; it’s a dynamic plan that adapts to your lifestyle. Whether you travel frequently, dislike counting calories, or face other challenges, we’ll find an approach that works for you!

Before I met Nicola I struggled with low energy levels due to an autoimmune disorder, with little idea of how to improve. I won a session with Nicola in a raffle and am so glad I did. Nicola is lovely, she designed a programme to suit my needs and takes in to account any issues I’ve faced in the week that can impact on my energy levels. Working with Nicola has been life changing for me! After being diagnosed with PCOS my body and energy levels had changed beyond recognition, and I was feeling pretty despondent about ever losing weight and not being fatigued! Nicola is so kind and knowledgeable, and has helped to provide me with an all-round holistic approach to health and wellbeing including strength training, meditation, and nutrition. I now have a healthier relationship to food and exercise, am able to do things like squats and lunges with her guidance on good form. I am also a stone lighter and am stronger than I have ever been 🙂 I can't recommend her highly enough!
