Hello, I’m Nicola, a fully qualified personal trainer in Baldock and an online personal trainer and coach, who specialises in helping women over 40 feel stronger, healthier and more energised.

Through judgment-free fitness, nutrition, and mindset coaching — free from gyms or quick fixes — I’ve helped hundreds of women transform their relationship with exercise, food and themselves. Drawing on my own personal journey of getting fit and healthy, professional qualifications, and genuine enthusiasm, my clients gain energy, strength and confidence through our work together!

I encourage you to practice self-compassion. This doesn’t mean letting yourself off the hook; it’s about making choices that might feel uncomfortable at first but ultimately lead to a healthier, happier life.
